Favorite snacks:)

Okay, so I preach all day about how you have to plan your meals in order to be successful in losing/gaining weight.  Yeah, lots easier said than done!  So here is just a few snacks I eat throughout the day and recommend to my clients that are about 100-250 calories and that have a good ratio of carb/fat/pro.  If anyone else has any others, please share!

Rice cake/1tbsp almond butter/ sliced strawberries on top   YUM YUM!

Sliced zuccinhi with cottage cheese on top and sprinkled with sunflower seeds

Green beans  and avacado wrapped with all natural turkey (I use 4 beans to 1 turkey slice, using 3 slices total)

Peanut butter apple sandwiches-  slice up an apple and spead a thin layer of peanut butter on to make sandwiches

Frozen grapes with plain greek yogurt- a sweet and sour treat:)

Prepare the night before so you have it ready , ENJOY!

  1. I love this post, it seems so simple to just put down your favorite snacks, and it's so brilliant. I am going to try the turkey, green bean and avocado wrap. The zucchini with cottage cheese looks amazing too! Question~ do you cook the zucchini before or just slice it raw?
